These launch-stage terms require legal review before paid self-service or enterprise contracting. Client-specific agreements may apply.
Platform limitations
Directory availability, verification, ranking and visibility are controlled by third parties. 11i Maps does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue or uninterrupted provider access.
Reviews and AI
Customers must not create fake reviews, use review gating or publish misleading AI content. AI suggestions require customer review and remain the customer's responsibility.
Billing and termination
Plan limits, taxes, cancellation, refunds and data export must be defined in the applicable order form or configured subscription terms before a paid plan starts.
